Mosh pit, here we come

Then, while going over some photos from last year's Olympics, he finds a clue.

Seems pretty obvious which parent will join Emmett in the third row at the Lady GaGa concert, and which one will wait in the car.

Emmett's early dance moves, albeit simple, are awfully cute.

Adjust the music, however, and he exhibits a nascent interest in heavy metal. Need only to add a pair of too-tight acid washed jeans and a pack o' smokes, and he's ready to rock.

Snow, snow, go AWAY...

...don't you know, it's the end of MAY?!?!? Emmett's dad cursed his decision to take the snow tires off the car on the May long weekend, especially with the extreme snowfall warning issued yesterday. Luckily, the snow did not stick in their neighbourhood, but Emmett, his mom, and his Nana were trapped inside as it poured rain. So Emmett spent the day exploring his artistic side, by reading with Nana,

his first painting session,

and attempting to play Van Halen with a spoon and a mixing bowl.
