Much too gross anatomy

On the eve of Halloween, Emmett exhibits an early aversion to pumpkin guts. That pretty much rules out a career in cardiothoracic surgery.

Neurological reconstruction, however, remains a possibility.

Professional Development

Emmett and his mom stopped by Career Services yesterday so Emmett could meet the gang. Little did his mom know, he had ulterior motives for the visit. Emmett took advantage of Resume Rescue, and got his first resume review. Although he has acquired many skills and experiences in his short life, (including milk extraction expert, waste management engineer, and sleep deprivation manager), his reviewer didn't think there was much out there in the job market for him. She did help him in identifying his skills, though, and encouraged him to continue his professional development.

A career in the trucking industry?

Out for a walk on a beautiful autumn day, Emmett and his parents happened upon a monster truck event at Stampede Park. With tears in their eyes, Emmett's parents wondered if this might be the moment that would set the tone for the rest of his life. Would he grow up enjoying a life of adventure on the monster truck circuit?

Alas, Emmett conjured up little enthusiasm for the spectacle, and opportunity knocks but once. Poor little fellow, relegated to a life of relative obscurity in medicine, law, education, or municipal solid waste management.
