Strawberry snitching....er....picking

Take four kids and two Moms. Throw them all in a minivan. Drive them to The Jungle Farm for a day of strawberry picking (or in some cases, snitching).

Watch as the kids spend approximately three minutes in the strawberry fields before losing interest. Fortunately, the Jungle Farm is made for kids, with a pirate ship, train, race track, live tractor and lots of space to run around in.

The Moms pick like mad, taking the opportunity to catch up and snitch a few berries themselves.

The kids still take all the credit.
But that's okay. The Moms are happy...

and they all sit down to enjoy a picnic lunch before heading back to the city,

in an extremely quiet car.

Another great year of strawberry picking for Emmett's Mom.
(Special thanks to Molly, Eddie, Charlotte, and Natalie!)

Day at the Farm

With his pincer grasp well practiced, Emmett proved to be an ideal companion for strawberry picking at Bucklers U-Pick farm.

However, keeping the strawberries in the bucket instead of his mouth proved to be a challenge. Emmett returned home at least 5 lbs heavier. Fortunately, the farmer was in another part of the field, and didn't catch Emmett (or his mom) snitching the berries.
